<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain reduction in sharpness, and to improve grinding processing accuracy and processing efficiency in a machinable gear thereby, by reducing abrasion of a tooth surface of a grinding wheel gear, in grinding of the machinable gear of using the grinding wheel gear for grinding the gear.SOLUTION: The barrel-like grinding wheel gear is arranged so that its grinding wheel rotary shaft forms a predetermined crossing angle with a work rotary shaft to the machinable gear for rotating around the work rotary shaft, and the tooth surface of the barrel-like grinding wheel gear is contacted with a gear grinding surface of the machinable gear, and the barrel-like grinding wheel gear is rotated around the grinding wheel rotary shaft while holding the predetermined crossing angle, and the grinding wheel rotary shaft is rocked so that a virtual rolling circle in an axial cross section of the barrel-like grinding wheel gear rolls along the parallel axis to the work rotary shaft, and thereby, the gear is ground by a gear grinding surface. The tooth surface of the barrel-like grinding wheel gear is dressed by similar motion.</p> |
