<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder enabling the coating of a sensor chip and the on-the-spot measurement by utilizing a standard well plate.SOLUTION: Inserting a support rod into a well of a well plate or a gap between wells and supporting a sensor chip vertically allows a sensor element portion to be immersed into a solution without contact with the solution in the well by an electrode portion of the sensor chip. Moreover, fixing a connector electrically connected to a power source and a reading device to a holder and mounting the sensor chip on the connector allows measurement to be performed using a standard well plate.</p> |
