The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle cover opening and closing control device that can assuredly open and close a cover member of a vehicle with a simple operation. A cover opening and closing control device (3) controls the opening and closing of a cover member that covers a connection part of a vehicle (1) that connects to a connection member, and is provided with the following: a drive part (31) that moves the cover member to perform an opening or closing operation; an operation state detection part (32) that detects the operation position of the cover member; and a control part (30) that, when an operation signal is input from an operation switch (16) or a remote key (K), drives and controls the drive part (31) so as to set the cover member to one of a plurality of set positions, on the basis of whether a connection member is connected, the operation position detected by the operation state detection part (32), and the power ON/OFF state of the vehicle (1).
