The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting device and to a method of manufacturing same. The organic light-emitting device comprises: a first electrode comprising two or more conductive units, and conductive connection parts respectively connected to the two or more conductive units; a second electrode disposed opposed to the first electrode; an organic layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and consisting of one or more layer; an auxiliary electrode electrically connected to the respective conductive connection parts; and an insulating layer disposed between the conductive connection part and the auxiliary electrode so as to insulate at least a portion of the conductive connection part from the auxiliary electrode. Here, the conductive connection part comprises a short-circuit preventing region of which the length in the current-flowing direction is longer than the width in the direction perpendicular thereto.
