Disclosed are a cell-based processing method, system, and related apparatus. The method comprises: a first base station that a first cell belongs to sending common channel information of the first cell to a second base station that a second cell belongs to, the first cell being a cell activated by a network side according to dormant cell discovery information sent by a UE, the second cell being a cell that currently provides a service for the UE, and the common channel information of the first cell being used for downlink interference cancellation. The system comprises: a first base station, configured to send common channel information of a first cell of the base station to a second base station that a second cell belongs to, the first cell being a cell activated by a network side according to dormant cell discovery information sent by a UE, and a second cell being a cell that currently provides a service for the UE; and the second base station, configured to receive the common channel information of the first cell, the common channel information of the first cell being used for downlink interference cancellation. |
