<p>A mobile communications system for reducing load by abnormality data call and abnormality data call processing method are provided to reduce load and waste of system resource by a packet data call connection request. The radio network controller provides the packet data service operating a terminal(100) and a GPRS support node. The identification number of the terminal in which the packet call connection is rejected by the sending prohibition from the serving GPRS support node is stored.
