FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: resilient coupling comprises two half-couplings and a fork joined by connectors. The ends of the half-coupling and the fork are fitted by the sections with holes for fastening of connectors having mating sections with holes at their ends. According to the first version the connector is made from one flat spring with a central part and at least four symmetrically set side flanges with their ends being fitted by the sections with holes to be attached to the half-coupling or the fork, they are made solid with the central part and folded in respect to the central part. The previous and the next side flanges are folded in the opposite directions from the central part. According to the second version the connector is made from two flat springs with a central part and at least four symmetrically set side flanges with their ends being fitted by the sections with holes to be attached to the half-coupling or the fork, they are made solid with the central part and folded in respect to the central part. The previous and the next side flanges are folded in the opposite directions from the central part, and gaskets from vibration damping material are installed between the flat springs.EFFECT: lower noise and vibration of the coupling at its operation along with the simultaneous compensation of radial and angular axis misalignment of the shafts being coupled.3 cl, 5 dwg |
