A wire clamping and rotation mechanism for processing an electronic cable, comprising: a wire clamping plate (2), the rear end section thereof being connected, using two pins, to a rotating frame (6); two hooks (1) connected, using two pins, to the middle section of wire clamping plate (2) and arranged inside rotating frame (6); the end faces of hooks (1) being inclined faces; a hanging rod (11), fixed on rotating frame (6) such that the the two hooks (1) can engage; two guide posts (4), arranged on the top of rotating frame (6) and the end faces of guide posts (4) being inclined faces; a fixed block (5), provided with two holes, which are fitted to the two guide posts (4) respectively and which guide the guide posts (4); two pressure pins (9), arranged on top of the front end of the wire clamping plate (2); two springs (7), arranged on top of the two pressure pins (9) and in a state of compression. The present mechanism is one of the mechanisms of electronic cable automation machinery and is used for the sequence of actions of clamping, rotating, bending, and loosening a cable delivered automatically. The mechanism is fast and efficient, and it does not easily fail and cause quality problems. |
