An automatic rotary barbecue apparatus comprises a housing (1) and a barbecue fork (2). A controller (3) is arranged on the housing (1). The controller (3) comprises a motor (4), a reduction gearbox (5) and a speed switch. The speed switch is connected to the motor (4). The motor (4) is connected to the reduction gearbox (5). The reduction gearbox (5) is connected to an input shaft gear (6), and thus drives an input shaft (7) to rotate. The input shaft (7) is connected to a chain wheel (8). The chain wheel (8) drives a transmission chain (9). The barbecue fork (2) is connected to the transmission chain (9) through a gear (10). An adjusting lever is arranged on the barbecue fork (2). The automatic rotary barbecue apparatus can be used on a barbecue grill, a gas furnace or a charcoal burner, and can roast different types of food and livestock. |
