<p>The present invention relates to a nucleic acid aptamer specifically binding to a tetracycline-based compound. Also, the present invention relates to a method for detecting a tetracycline-based compound using the nucleic acid aptamer, a composition for detecting the tetracycline-based compound comprising the nucleic acid aptamer, and a detection kit. According to the present invention, the aptamer specifically binds to the common backbone of the tetracycline-based compound, and shows high affinity to the tetracycline-based compound, thereby effectively detecting a residual antibiotic material from food, water and sewage supply source, and human body.</p> |
