PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-size picture display device adapted to a color display in which directional characteristics of three color LED chips are matched with one another to perform display having little color shading.SOLUTION: An LED display device has a blue LED chip connected to a first lead frame at one end thereof, a red LED chip connected to a second lead frame at one end thereof, a green LED chip connected to a third lead frame at one end thereof, a cup electrode filled with sealing resin on which the blue LED chip, the red LED chip and the green LED chip are mounted, and a resin package which surrounds the cup electrode filled with the sealing resin and has a crest portion expanding in the emission direction of light. In the resin package, the curvature of the crest portion is different between first and second directions which are orthogonal to each other. |
