PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification device for concrete placing time management and a concrete placing time management method allowing a person existing in a concrete installation site to certainly and easily obtain the residual time of the placing time.SOLUTION: The notification device is a device 10 for notifying at least a person existing in a concrete installation site of information related to the management of the concrete placing time. The device 10 includes: time displaying means 12 that is disposed in a place capable of being visually recognized by the person existing in a concrete installation site, and displays the residual time of a predetermined placing time; and notification information displaying means 14 for displaying notification information corresponding to the residual time of the placing time.
