PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication method capable of performing communication using various apparatuses.SOLUTION: The information communication method includes: an ordinary imaging step to obtain first image data by performing imaging at a first exposure time; and a visible light communication step to obtain second image data by performing imaging at a second exposure time which is shorter than the first exposure time to obtain a piece of information by demodulating a bright line pattern corresponding to the exposure lines which appear in the second image data. In the visible light communication step, the second exposure time is set to 1/480 seconds or less; and the sensibility of image sensors is set to a value higher than that at the ordinary imaging step, to thereby generate a bright line pattern in the second image data, and by demodulating a specific frequency to obtain a piece of information from the bright line pattern.
