PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose fiber which has compatibility with resin, and excellent dispersibility and fibrillation properties in a solvent, and can provide a rubber composition with excellent physical characteristics and heat generation properties related to the fuel consumption performance of a rubber tire by being blended with a rubber component.SOLUTION: A cellulose fiber has a number-average fiber diameter of 1 μm or less, cellulose constituting the cellulose fiber has a cationic group, an acyl group which may have a substituent and/or an alkyl group which may have a substituent. A rubber fiber dispersion contains the cellulose fiber, a rubber component and a solvent. A ruber composition is produced by removing the solvent from the rubber fiber dispersion. A vulcanized rubber composition is obtained by vulcanizing the rubber composition. A tire is obtained by using the vulcanized rubber composition.
