PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drying a painted surface of a pneumatic tire which can shorten a drying time at the time of painting a tire surface with a paint, and can uniform the film thickness of a protective film for a color rubber part formed by the paint to obtain both protective performance of the protective film and washing performance at the time of removing the protective film.SOLUTION: In a method for drying a painted surface of a pneumatic tire where a water-based paint is painted on a tire surface of a pneumatic tire formed with a color rubber part other than black on the tire surface, and then the painted surface is dried, the tire surface is heated to at least 40°C or more beforehand before the water-based paint is painted on the tire surface. |
