PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for inexpensively imparting corrosion resistance to a base plate exposed to an electrolyte in a dye-sensitized solar cell.SOLUTION: After a base material made of a steel plate is provided with an electrolytic Ni plating layer or an electrolytic Ni-P plating layer with a thickness of 10 μm or less, heat treatment is performed at a temperature of 800°C or higher so that a base plate for a dye-sensitized solar cell having corrosion resistance can be obtained. Preferably, the thickness of the base material is in the range of 50-100 μm. A general method can be applied as a plating method. Preferably, the heat treatment is performed for a time of 15 minutes or less at a temperature of 850-950°C. |
