PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic coating agent composition capable of coating a thick film on the surface of a metallic base material without damaging the heat resistance, stain preventability and strength of the conventional silicone resin, and a coated product formed with a stain preventive coating film in such a manner that the ceramic coating agent composition is applied to a metallic base material.SOLUTION: The ceramic coating agent composition comprises: organoalkoxysilane or its partial hydrolysate (A); metal oxide fine particles (B); scaly glass (C); and an inorganic polysiloxane or fluorine group-containing silicone resin composition (D).
