PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support parallel operations in plural sections.SOLUTION: When a piece of design information which is under processing but can be opened is input from a first section (for example, design section), an information management section 12 permits a second section (for example, purchasing section and quality assurance section) to access to the design information under processing. When the design information under processing is changed and opened by the first section, the information management section 12 permits the second section to access to a piece of design information under processing after the change and the design information under processing before the change. |
