PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine bubble generation device capable of surely and efficiently generating fine bubbles having diameters of nanometer order, and to provide a method for generation thereof.SOLUTION: A fine bubble generation device comprises: a gas-liquid mixing pump 10 which is used for pressurizing a sucked liquid 5 to a prescribed pressure to discharge, has a feed opening of a gas 6 near a liquid suction port, and discharges a gas-liquid mixing fluid 7 in which gas bubbles are mixed in a liquid by rotation of an impeller; and a jet type fine bubble generation part 30 which is a rectangular parallelepiped box member having a jet nozzle from which the gas-liquid mixing fluid is jetted, forms a three-dimensional flat space inside, causes cavitation performing generation and collapse of bubbles when the fluid is jetted from the jet nozzle to the flat space, generates an eddy current in which the jet body of the gas-liquid mixing fluid flows in a whirl in the flat space while waving, and converts the bubbles into the fine ones by an energy created by collapse of the bubbles and a shearing force arisen by the eddy current. |
