A grouping device is provided. This grouping device is characterized by comprising: a linkage level calculation unit which calculates the degree of relation between each of a plurality of sets of information and a moving body at a plurality of points in time between a first point in time and a second point in time and sets each calculated degree of relation as a level of linkage for the respective set of information, wherein each of the plurality of sets of information has been imparted to one of a plurality of objects arranged in a space and the moving body is moving in that space; a similarity calculation unit which, on the basis of the level of linkage for each of the plurality of objects calculated at the plurality of points in time, calculates the degree of similarity between each two of the plurality of sets of information at each of the plurality of points in time and adds up the degrees of similarity between each two of the plurality of sets of information calculated at the plurality of points in time, thus calculating the total degree of similarity between each two of the plurality of sets of information; and a grouping unit which groups a plurality of sets of information on the basis of the calculated total degrees of similarity.
