FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: dialling and calibration method of gas flow meters, which is based on gas passage through a flow meter to a gas-receiving bottle (GRB) and determination of such gas mass, according to the invention, first, GRB basic mass is compensated by submersion into a tank containing weight-compensating liquid of pontoons connected through a rocker arm to GRB; then, a value of the residue of its mass is determined; after that, a gas outlet mode through the flow meter is set, which is required for the calibrated flow meter, and a certain time interval ? is filled with this GRB gas; with that, transient processes of beginning and end of filling are considered; then, the filled GRB is weighed, gas mass Mand mass flow rate is determined as per the corresponding formula; flow coefficient and Reynolds number is calculated for the obtained flow. The proposed method is implemented in the device for dialling and calibration of gas flow meters, which, according to the invention, is provided with a tank containing weight-compensating liquid, into which pontoons connected to GRB are submerged, with a GRB balancing system, critical washers located in a GRB filling line and in a drain line, an information and measurement system of data collection and processing, which includes temperature and pressure sensors connected to a personal computer.EFFECT: improving measurement accuracy of gas flow rate and considerable increase of a gas flow meter dialling range.2 cl, 1 tbl, 2 dwg |
