PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic coupling-type kneader which prevents a failure caused by leakage of water and the like and component breakage caused by an overload, and which properly transmits torque by bulkhead transmission.SOLUTION: A passive-side rotor 10 comprises a permanent magnet body 11 and a kneading blade 13. Even in an aspect in which a bulkhead container 30 is interposed between the passive-side rotor 10 and a drive-side rotor 20 by a magnetic force of a permanent magnet body 21 provided in the drive-side rotor 20 subjected to transmission of power from a drive source 40, kneading can be performed by properly transmitting torque in a noncontact manner without formation of a hole in the bulkhead container 30.
