<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in measuring the radioactivity of a sample by improving the accuracy of calculating the peak area of the entire absorption peak of the energy spectrum of radiation emitted from the sample.SOLUTION: A radioactivity measuring device comprises: a detection efficiency storage section 34 that stores information about the detection efficiency of a radiation detector, which detects radiation emitted from a quantitative target sample; a peak searching section 42 and a peak area calculating section 43 that set a peak region and base region for energy spectrum of radiation detected by the radiation detector based on the peak and base information of a region setting spectrum, and that calculate a peak area for the peak region; a radioactivity analyzing section 44 that analyzes the radioactivity of the quantitative target sample by using the peak area and detection efficiency information; and a region setting spectrum generating section 41 that integrates energy spectra detected in the past by the radiation detector and generates a region setting spectrum.</p> |
