<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new alloy having a composite microstructure which simultaneously has hard particles and soft particles on the microstructure to obtain a new-concept high strength abrasion-resistant alloy having self-lubricating properties which simultaneously has abrasion resistance of a hypereutectic Al-Fe-based alloy and self-lubricating properties of an Al-Sn-based alloy.SOLUTION: There is provided an abrasion resistant alloy which has a composition composed of 8 to 17 wt.% of zinc (Zn), 5 to 8 wt.% of stannum (Sn), 1.0 to 2.0 wt.% of iron (Fe), residual aluminum (Al) and inevitable impurities.</p> |
