The present invention relates to a membrane distillation water treatment apparatus using waste heat of a marine vessel and, more specifically, to an efficient desalination apparatus having waste heat of a marine vessel as an energy source and using a membrane to reduce energy consumption. The apparatus comprises: a seawater storage unit (200) storing seawater; an exhaust gas supplying unit (110) supplying an exhaust gas of a marine vessel; a heat exchanging unit (100) making the seawater flew in from the seawater storage unit (200) to high temperature seawater by heat exchanging with the exhaust gas of the marine vessel supplied from the exhaust gas supplying unit (110); a clear water storage unit (400) storing clear water; and a desalination unit (300) changing seawater into fresh water by receiving high temperature seawater from the heat exchanging unit (100), receiving clear water from the clear water storage unit (400), and using directly contact type membrane distillation.
