PROCESS FOR CONSTRUCTING IN SITU CONCRETE TUBULAR PILE APPLICABLE IN WATER AND DEDICATED DRILL FOR THE PROCESS

A process for constructing an in situ concrete tubular pile applicable in a water. A tubular boot (4) is mounted at the bottom part of a tubular cavity (3). The tubular boot (4) is placed at a construction position and pressure is applied onto a force-applying press head (6). The tubular boot (4) enters a base layer at the bottom part of a water layer along with an outer wall-protecting sleeve cylinder (2) and an inner wall-protecting sleeve cylinder (1). A base medium and water extruded by the tubular boot (4) are discharged from a cavity of the inner wall-protecting sleeve cylinder (1) and a material-discharging hole (61) of the force-applying press head (6). When the tubular boot (4) completely enters a marked position of a soil layer at the bottom part of the water, concrete is injected into the tubular cavity (3) via an injection hole (21) provided on the outer wall-protecting sleeve cylinder (2). The force-applying press head (6), a press cap (5), and the inner wall-protecting sleeve cylinder (1) are pulled upwards while the injection is in progress. The injected concrete is connected together with the outer wall-protecting sleeve cylinder (2) on the outside or with an outer wall-protecting retained layer and with the tubular boot (4) at the lower end, thus forming the concrete tubular pile. Also provided is a dedicated drill applicable in the construction process.
