PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying apparatus suitable for suppressing dust generation. SOLUTION: The conveying apparatus includes a lower permanent magnet 6B which is arranged parallel to both sides in the width direction of an upper surface of a frame 1 as a conveying passage, and magnetized so that magnetic poles are present on the upper and lower surfaces, and an upper permanent magnet 6A which is arranged parallel to both positions in the width direction opposite to the lower permanent magnet 6B of the conveying passage, and magnetized so that magnetic poles are present on the upper and lower surfaces, and opposite to the lower permanent magnet 6B with the same pole, and further includes a conveying plate 2 capable of loading a workpiece W, a guide means 7 consisting of a pair of guide rails 11 arranged on both sides of the conveying passage, and a plurality of guide rollers 8 arranged on both sides of the conveying plate 2 so as to be brought into contact with the pair of guide rails 11 in a rolling state, and a driving means 4 for moving the conveying plate 2 along the conveying passage in the conveying direction.
