PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train control system that ensures safety while efficiently using a ground network. SOLUTION: In the train control system, a hub device 2 performs a route setting for a train through a route setting device 9 upon receiving a route request from a command center device 1, and in case that the train whose route has been set is absent in the existing railways control information of an existing railways control device 8, the train is regarded as an approach-expected train and an ID of the train is stored in an approach-expected train control device 10.
