PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform heat-cooking which prevents boiling over from occurring by using a temperature detecting means that detects the temperature of an internal pot being arranged in the cooker body. SOLUTION: The heat-cooker, which includes the cooker body 13 in which the internal pot 10 is arranged; a lid body 25 which is arranged on the cooker body 13 to be able to open and close, and closes the upper end opening of the internal pot 10; an air discharging passage that discharges steam having been generated in the internal pot 10 to the outside; a heating means 20 that heats the internal pot 10; and the temperature detecting means 24 that detects the temperature of the internal pot 10, and then, heats the internal pot 10 by the heating means 20 conforming to the detected value of the temperature detecting means 24, includes a control means which performs a first heating process in which heating is performed by a first energization rate and a first power intensity until the detected value of the temperature detecting means 24 reaches a first temperature and a second heating process. in which heating is performed by a second energization rate and a second power intensity of which the heating amount per a predetermind unit period of time is lower than that of the first heating process until the detected value of the temperature detecting means 24 reaches a second temperature which is higher than the first temperature and is lower than the boiling temperature of water after having reached the first temperature.
