PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which displays a synthetic three-dimensional elastic image by synthesizing a three-dimensional elastic image based on physical quantity data in different elasticity ranges. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: a first three-dimensional elastic image data generating part for generating first three-dimensional elastic image data, which is physical quantity data and based on the physical quantity data in a first three-dimensional region set in an acquisition region of the echo signal and in a first elasticity range; a second three-dimensional elastic image data generating part for generating second three-dimensional elastic image data, which is physical quantity data and based on the physical quantity data in a second three-dimensional region in the first three-dimensional region and in a second elasticity range different from the first elasticity range; and a display image control part which displays the synthetic three-dimensional elastic image G4 including a first three-dimensional elastic image g41 based on the first three-dimensional elastic image data, and a second three-dimensional elastic image g42 based on the second three-dimensional elastic image data.
