The invention provides an adjusting mechanism and a liquid spraying device using the same. The adjusting mechanism (A) is used for adjusting the position of a liquid injector head (10a) and fixing the liquid injector head (10a) to a fixed component (14). The adjusting mechanism (A) comprises a moving component (15) which moves along guide pieces (21a, 21b) on the fixed component (14), and a rotating component (16a) which is supported on the moving component (15) in a manner of rotating on the moving component (15).
