PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic monitoring system for utilizing a detection result for security by detecting a plurality of pieces of RFID tag information existing within the same range. SOLUTION: A dynamic monitoring system includes an RFID reading part 11 for reading information stored in an RFID tag, an RFID registration information storing part 21 for storing preliminarily registered RFID tag information, an RFID authenticating part 22 for authenticating the RFID tag information read by the RFID reading part 11 and the RFID tag information registered preliminarily in the RFID registration information storing part 21, a position information storing part 14 for recording position information of a mobile body authenticated by the RFID authenticating part 22, and a displaying part 23 for displaying information of the RFID authenticating part 22. In the dynamic monitoring system, the RFID registration information storing part 21 has an additional registration information storing part 24 for expanding registration information of the RFID tag, and storing predetermined additional information associated with the RFID tag information.
