PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a secondary battery in an environment similar to before so as to avoid changing deterioration progress in the secondary battery. SOLUTION: A battery management device (10) has a memory (12) and a controller (11). The memory (12) stores identification information of a secondary battery in association with environment information specifying an environment in which the secondary battery was used. In response to input of environment information specifying an environment to which the secondary battery is to supply, the controller (11) searches for the secondary battery of which associated environment information matches with the input environment information among the plurality of secondary batteries stored in the memory (12).
