The invention concerns a method for producing thermoformed elements filled with a very soft gel. The method comprises the steps of heating a silicone gel to a temperature compatible with softening and deformation of a thermoplastic sheet of material, positioning the sheet of thermoplastic material on a mould, optionally using vacuum, and casting or injecting the heated silicone gel on the sheet. A second thermoplastic film can be used to obtain a thermoformed bag filled with silicone gel. |
