A system comprising (i) a set of first and second wireless receivers disposed on opposite sides of an annular wellbore and which comprise opposing first and second read ranges (94) less than an area of the annular bore; and (ii) a set of first and second wireless transmitters disposed on opposite sides of an annular structure disposed in the annular bore, wherein the transmitters remain within at least one of the read ranges as the annular structure moves within the annular bore.
