PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic cooking device that can avoid a large deviation of the temperature detected by a temperature detector toward the high temperature side from the actual temperature thereof.SOLUTION: In a central portion of the bottom face 14 of the cooking device 10 to be placed on a trivet 24 of a stove burner 22, a central projection 38 is so provided as to project downward. When the temperature detector 34 that is abutted against the bottom face 14 of the cooking device 10 to detect the temperature of the cooking device 10 is brought into contact with the central projection 38, the temperature detector 34 is pushed downward below the bottom face 14 of the cooking device 10. |
