<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a carbide which can also greatly suppress the oxidization of a carbide which is formed while raising the reaction efficiency of a thermal decomposition reaction. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of a carbide includes: a thermal decomposition apparatus which includes a heat exchanger 3 for heating an anoxic gas, a thermal decomposition furnace 4, and an external heater 5, and generates a pyrolysis gas by making a polymer based waste 1 held in the core contact with the anoxic gas heated by the heat exchanger 3 to be thermally decomposed; a cooling means; a dust recovery unit; an exhaust gas combustor; a carbide recovery unit; a first anoxic gas supply 7 for supplying the heated anoxic gas to the thermal decomposition furnace 4; and a first storage part 10 which stores a carbide 2 collected in a lower part of the thermal decomposition furnace 4, and has a carbide inlet in which a valve 11 is prepared. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
