PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic film excellent in antistaticity and its sustainability. SOLUTION: This ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.1-30 pts.wt. of organized layered clay and 0.1-5 pts.wt. of a surfactant.
