PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism-detective implement designed to be miniaturized as a whole and usable even in a small workspace. SOLUTION: The microorganism-detective implement includes: a culture pipe 12 serving as a culture space 12a for culturing microorganisms and having an opening; and a body 13 fitted attachably to/detachably off the opening of the culture pipe 12. In the implement, the body 13 includes: a medium container A sealed in with a medium (a) for culturing the microorganisms; a microbicide container B sealed in with a microbicide b; cutters 20 and 21 for rupturing the aluminum sealing materials 30 sealing the respective containers A and B; and guide channels 13a for guiding the medium (a) and the microbicide b into the culture space 12a when the aluminum sealing materials 30 are ruptured by the cutters 20 and 21, respectively; wherein the medium container A and the microbicide container B are movable mutually respectively, independently of each other, toward the corresponding cutters 20 and 21.
