A canister-type thruster is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the canister-type thruster comprises: a canister lifting in a trunk of a hull or a floatable structure; and a lifting device for lifting the canister. Support beams are mounted on the top of the canister, and are connected to fixed beams attached to the inner surface of the trunk by connection members. Coupling plates are mounted on the bottom of the canister, and are coupled to fixed plates attached to the inner surface of the trunk.
