<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for inserting a packing member, the apparatus including: a packing member supporting part to support a packing member, which is soft and elastic; a vessel supporting part to support a container, in which the packing member is inserted; and a robot arm part to be displaced in every direction at the packing member supporting part and the vessel supporting part according to a control to pick up the packing member supported by the packing member supporting part and inserting the packing member in the vessel, wherein the robot arm part includes two or more packing pickers making contact with a side of the packing member supported by the packing member supporting part to pick up the packing member. Thus, the easy inserting of the packing member can implemented automatically by picking and transferring through a temporary shape transformation of the packing member, and by integrating the robot arm, which picks and inserts the packing member and transfers the vessel, in which the packing member is inserted, inserting the packing member and transporting the vessel can be completed in one movement. In addition, when recognizing a movement of another object by applying a proximity sensor, accidents during work can be prevented by automatically stopping an operating of the apparatus, and work efficiency and productivity can be improved through automating the inserting operation of the packing member.</p> |
