<p>PURPOSE: A header tank bonding structure of a heat exchanger is provided to prevent a first and a second member from being out of the line during an assembly process by fixing the both side of them at an inserting hole and a cutting unit. CONSTITUTION: A header tank bonding structure of a heat exchanger comprises a first member(10) and a second member(20). The first member has a settling unit inside and a tube inserting hole(14) in which one end side of the tube is inserted along the longitudinal direction at the center part of a circular unit. The second member is settled in the inside of the first member and has the tube inserting hole amassed with the tube inserting hole of the first member. A cutting unit(12) is formed at the both side of the circular unit of the first member along the longitudinal direction. The second member has an insertion hole(22) in which the cutting unit of the first member is inserted.</p> |
