PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handcart device with a seat for allowing an operator such as a parent to easily watch a riding person independently of how big the riding person such as a small child is. SOLUTION: The handcart device 1 with the seat includes wheel units having wheels, a seat unit 40 on which the riding person is seated, a handle 30 which a user operates, and frames supporting the wheel units, the seat unit and the handle. The frames have leg frames 21 supporting the wheel units, and body frames 25 supporting the seat unit and the handle.
