PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to be notified of information of failure which has first occurred in each control, in a built-in device comprising a plurality of controls. SOLUTION: When detecting application failure in a logic application, the intra-device monitor of a body control notifies an failure notification of the application failure (S2 and S3). When the failure notification confirms, with respect to a communication path monitor, that a communication path state is normal (S5 and S6), the communication path monitor transmits failure information to the communication path monitor on the side of an operation control (S7). When detecting that the failure information has come to the communication path monitor, the failure detector of the operation control transmits the failure information to a display(S10), and the display generates an failure notification screen based on the failure information to display the screen on a display panel (S11).
