An optical fiber cutting device is disclosed. The optical fiber cutting device is a device to cut the optical fiber of an optical cable, and comprises an optical fiber cutting guide. The optical fiber cutting guide comprises: a prop part; and a cover part connected to the prop part by a hinge rotated on the hinge to cover the top surface of the prop part. The optical cable is positioned on the center between the prop part and the cover part, and the cover part has a smaller length than the prop part; thus the cover part can cover a part of the optical cable positioned on the top surface of the prop part in a state where the cover part covers the top surface of the prop part, and a user can grip the prop part and the optical cable under the cover part by hand.
