The present invention relates to a mixed microbial agent for removing offensive odor and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a mixed microbial agent for removing offensive odor, the method comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a mixture liquid by injecting mixed microorganisms, which includes 40-50 parts by weight of lactic acid bacteria, 30-40 parts by weight of the genus Bacillus microbes, 5-10 parts by weight of yeast, and 5-10 parts by weight of germs, in an aqueous solution in which a carbon source selected from syrup, rice bran, and sugar is dissolved, at 3-5 wt% of the total weight of the aqueous solution, and then sealing the mixture liquid to block air; (b) injecting air into the mixture liquid, followed by stirring; and (c) further mixing a carbon source selected from syrup, rice bran, and sugar with the mixture liquid, which has gone through step (b), followed by stirring, to a mixed microbial agent prepared thereby, and to a method for removing offensive odor in basic environmental treatment facilities using the same. The mixed microbial agent of the present invention has an excellent effect of removing offensive odor with respect to acidic gas as well as alkaline gas, and directly put into the basic environmental treatment facilities to degrade offensive odor-causing materials and thus fundamentally remove offensive odor, thereby economically and effectively removing the offensive odor.
