<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jellied daily dish making a jellified seasoning liquid rapidly melt and separate from ingredients when being put into the mouth, and allowing to enjoy the original texture, taste, and flavor of ingredients of the daily dish, and at the same time, the deliciousness of seasoning liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The jellied daily dish is obtained by enclosing the ingredients of the daily dish in a jellified seasoning liquid. The jellied daily dish has a water absorption distance of 15-25 mm when vertically inserting an longitudinal end of the cut piece (length×width=50 mm×20 mm) of a filter paper corresponding to "second class" regulated by JIS P3801, into the jellified seasoning liquid kept at 10°C, by 15 mm, and measuring as a water absorption distance, a water absorption height from the surface of the jellified seasoning liquid after the lapse of two minutes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
