<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle capable of preventing the occurrence of a surface shape defect of unvulcanized rubber on a mold winding core due to contact of a swelling part with the nozzle for improving the quality of a product tire even if a winding starting end and its vicinity of the unvulcanized rubber stuck to the surface of the mold winding core swell. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle 30 is attached to the end of an extruder 10 for molding the unvulcanized rubber 40 to be wound on the mold winding core 50 for a raw tire into a shape with a predetermined cross sectional shape. In the nozzle 30 disposed to face the circumferential surface of the rotationally driven mold winding core 50 in its vicinity, a facing plane 33 to the mold winding core 50 in a lip part 32 positioned on the rotational direction rear side of the mold winding core 50 is formed into a tilted/curved plane gradually separating from the mold winding core 50 toward the rotational direction rear side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
