PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner in compliance with the dielectric test specified in JIS Unit Cooler for Electric Car E6602 by reducing the length in the rail direction of the vehicular air-conditioner. SOLUTION: An outer shell of the vehicular air-conditioner is constituted of an air-conditioner body frame 3, an upper surface cover 4 and a side cover 5, and an insulation coating film is formed by affixing an insulating sheet 11 to or coating insulating paint on an end face of the air-conditioner body frame 3.
