PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently select an unexecuted loop whose auto-tuning shall be executed next in multiple loop control system. SOLUTION: An auto-tuning execution device includes an AT execution part 1 provided for each control loop for executing auto-tuning (AT) of limit cycle system, an AT unexecuted loop registration part 2 for storing AT unexecuted control loops, a maximum variation amount detection part 3 provided for each control loop for detecting a maximum variation amount of a control amount PV generated in each control loop due to interference between loops, an identification part 4 for identifying an AT unexecuted loop whose maximum variation amount becomes maximum within a specified condition by referring to the detection results of the maximum variation amount detection part 3 and the registration contents of the AT unexecuted loop registration part 2 at the time of starting a prescribed specific processing, and an AT start part 5 for instructing the AT execution part 1 of the control loop to start AT when the AT unexecuted loop is identified.
